The SSEF School Crest
The colours of the Singapore Sikh Education Foundation (SSEF) crest hold symbolic significance, reflecting the values and heritage of the Sikh community and education.
- Blue (Background) – Represents wisdom, knowledge, and spirituality, key aspects of Sikh teachings and the pursuit of learning.
- Yellow/Gold (Book and Ribbon) – Symbolises enlightenment, learning, and prosperity. The book represents education, while the gold colour reflects the rich cultural and historical legacy of the Sikh community.
- Khanda Symbol (within the Book) – The Khanda is a sacred Sikh emblem, representing divine knowledge, justice, and unity. Placing it within the book reinforces the idea that education is a means to uphold Sikh values and traditions.
