Administrative Information for Parents and Guardians
This section provides important administrative details for parents and guardians of children enrolled in, or intending to enrol in, programmes offered by the Singapore Sikh Education Foundation (SSEF), including the SSEF Punjabi School and Kindergarten. The information covers student registration, school and examination fees, book purchases, and uniform ordering. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and transparent administrative process for all families
Student Registration
Parents who wish to enrol their child in any SSEF programme are required to complete and submit the relevant registration documents. The forms can be downloaded below:
All completed forms should be submitted to the school administration during the designated registration period. We encourage all families to opt for GIRO payments to facilitate timely and convenient fee processing.
School Fee Structure
SSEF operates on a non-profit basis, and fees collected go towards supporting the running of our language programmes, teaching resources, and administrative costs. The fee structure is tiered based on the student’s nationality and programme type.
Exam Fee Structure
Examination fees are collected during the registration period in February each year. The amount is determined by the student’s level and nationality.
